YEARS OF BASEBALL UNIFORM MANUFACTURING
Every item is built to baseball-specific standards. Jerseys are available in three styles (full-button, two-button, pullover) with sizes from youth XS to adult 4XL. Pants use 280 GSM double-knit polyester with reinforced knees as standard. Caps have structured A-frame profiles with embroidery that survives 50+ wash cycles. Order mixed youth and adult sizes in the same shipment. Pair jerseys with pants, add caps and socks, or bundle everything into a team package with quantity discounts.
A complete team package (one jersey + one pant + one cap + one pair of socks) starts at factory cost. No distributor markup. No brand retail margin. No per-piece artwork fees. For 20 youth kits, a typical Home & Away package (two jerseys + two pairs of pants + one cap + two pairs of socks per player) costs 35–50% less than ordering through a US-based reseller or team shop brand.
Sublimation, tackle twill embroidery, and screen printing are included in the per-kit price, not charged separately. The price you receive in your quote is your total cost to the door. Reorders of the same design carry MOQ reduced to 10 kits (not 20) with zero setup fees.
All three decoration methods run inside our factory. You can sublimate team graphics on the front of a jersey, embroider the team logo on a cap, and stitch tackle twill numbers on a pant back, all within the same order. Lead times stay predictable because you place one order with one production schedule.
Heat-fuses team graphics directly into polyester fabric at the molecular level. Creates full-bleed designs, entire jerseys in team colours, gradient backgrounds, pinstripes, all-over patterns. Works best on white or light-coloured base fabrics. Graphics never crack or peel.
Polyester felt cut into letters and sewn onto garments with 40-weight polyester thread at 8–10 stitches per inch. Creates dimensional, stitched look identical to MLB jerseys. Best for names, numbers, and chest logos. Edges are stitched down so threads do not fray after washing.
Foam layer beneath the thread raises stitching 3–5 mm above cap surface. Creates dimensional effect for team mascots and bold logos on structured caps. We test all puff embroidery for durability using Martindale abrasion tester,1,000 rubs to confirm thread will not pill or fray.
Industry standard for competitive baseball. Heavyweight knit prevents fraying at the hem and resists abrasion when players slide into base or dive for a ground ball. Our double-knit construction adds a second reinforced layer at the knees, increasing thickness by 0.8 mm in the impact zone. Waistband uses silicone-grip lining to prevent jersey from untucking during slides. Survives a full season of practice and games without wear-through.
Smooth face on both sides, ideal for sublimation graphics and tackle twill stitching. Breathable enough for summer tournaments yet dense enough to hold shape through repeated washing. Full-button jerseys use 170 GSM; lightweight practice jerseys use 150 GSM.
Ultralight open-cell construction for maximum airflow during pre-game drills and practice. Available in solid colours with screen-printed chest logos or all-over mesh designs. Not recommended for game uniforms due to lower durability.
Your baseball uniforms pass through six distinct production stages. Each stage has quality checkpoints. This timeline applies whether you order 20 kits or 200 kits.
Review Your artwork file, sizing chart, colour specs, and fabric choices are verified against our production capabilities. We confirm embroidery stitch density, sublimation colour palette, and button placement match your expectations.
Double-knit polyester and interlock mesh are sourced from certified mills. Fabric is laid on automated cutting tables, and all sizes in your order are cut simultaneously to minimize waste and ensure consistent panel dimensions.
Jersey panels are heat-pressed at 200°C to fuse sublimation graphics. Cap fronts receive embroidery through multi-head machines. Pant panels get tackle twill stitching. All decoration finishes on-site
Cut panels move to sewing lines where button plackets are reinforced, pant knees are double-layered, and cap panels are sewn into structured crowns. Collar ribbing and elastic waistbands are attached.
Every finished garment is inspected against AQL 2.5 standards (same defect tolerance used by professional teamwear buyers). Seam strength, button tension, embroidery registration, and colour consistency are all checked.
Completed sets are packed by player number, labelled with sizing codes, and shipped DDP to your address. No customs surprise fees.
All on a single production floor in Sialkot, Pakistan. Cutting, stitching, embroidery, sublimation, and QC teams work in parallel.

Most uniform websites lock you into predefined options (pick a jersey from a dropdown, choose pant colour from a list). With Rijiz Sports, you specify exact requirements. This flexibility is why teams that have outgrown their original design in future seasons can reorder and match the original perfectly.
Order full-button jerseys for varsity teams, two-button jerseys for travel rosters, or pullover jerseys for youth leagues. Each style comes in specific GSM weights and neckline constructions. Mix and match styles within the same order.
Define where logos appear on jerseys, caps, and pants. Specify stitch density for embroidery (12,000–15,000 stitches). Choose 3D puff embroidery for specific logos only, not entire cap surface.
Specify open-bottom (sits over cleat) or knicker-style (gathers below knee). All pants come with 280 GSM double-knit and reinforced knees as standard. Waistband can be elastic (youth) or reinforced with silicone grip (adult).
Add league name, sponsor branding, or sizing codes on interior labels. Specify how to pack sets (shrink-wrapped by player, bulk cartons by size, organized bags by position). PMS colour matching ensures sublimation inks and embroidery threads stay consistent across all pieces.
We don’t hide behind email addresses. Our team is on the factory floor, and your account goes through one of these two people before production starts.
We switched from a US reseller because the pricing was half what we were paying. The 280 GSM pants arrived, and after six games of hard sliding, the knees were still perfect. After a full season, zero wear-through.
We needed 22 youth full-button jerseys with tackle twill names on the back. The stitch quality was clean, better than the local decorator we had used. The fit was true to size across all 22.
The 3D puff embroidery on our cap logos is exceptional. We showed a competitor sample to our local decorator and he admitted he couldn’t match the stitch density. For a 120-kit order, the speed was also critical,we had them in 28 days.
Reordering this year was painless. They had our original tech pack, artwork, and colour specs on file. No setup fees, MOQ dropped to 10 kits instead of 20, and the second batch matched the original perfectly.
20 kits per design. A "kit" is one jersey + one pant. Caps, socks, belts, and bags can be added without separate minimums. Reorders of the exact same design drop to MOQ 10 with zero setup fees.
Depends on jersey style, pant weight, decoration method, and quantity. A Home & Away package (2 jerseys + 2 pants + 1 cap + 2 pairs of socks per player) typically ranges $20–25 per kit at MOQ 20. Contact us with your exact specifications for a quote.
Yes. We cut each size according to its own pattern. A youth XS will fit proportionally to an adult 4XL. Mixed rosters are standard for us.
25–30 working days from tech pack approval. Rush orders (15–18 days) available for an expedite fee. Cap embroidery and tackle twill stitching are included in standard timelines.
We provide fabric swatch sets at no charge. A sample jersey or pant with your artwork costs a nominal fee (deducted from final order).

For game jerseys, sublimation or tackle twill are professional. For caps, high-density embroidery (12,000+ stitches) or 3D puff for dimensional logos. For pants, screen-printed side stripes are durable and cost-effective.
Yes. Provide PMS references. We match sublimation inks and embroidery threads to your colour specs and verify consistency during AQL 2.5 inspection
Youth XS through adult 4XL. Youth cuts have shorter torsos and narrower shoulders. Full-button and two-button jerseys are available in youth patterns. Pullover jerseys fit most body types.
We replace any garment that fails AQL 2.5 inspection or arrives defective. Sizing exchanges handled case-by-case. Submit photos to support; we arrange replacement in the next batch.
Yes. We keep your tech pack, artwork, and colour specs on file forever. Reorders carry no setup fees and MOQ drops to 10 kits (from 20).
280 GSM double-knit polyester with reinforced double-layered knees (0.8 mm extra thickness). Silicone-grip waistband keeps uniforms tucked. Survives a full season of base slides without wear-through,the single most common complaint coaches have about overseas manufacturers.
High-density stitching (12,000–15,000 stitches per logo) with optional 3D puff for dimensional effects. Every cap inspected for registration within 1 mm of artwork. Tested for durability using Martindale abrasion tester,10,000 rubs to confirm thread will not pill or fray.
We keep your tech pack, artwork, and colour specifications on file. Reorder the exact same uniform next season without new setup fees or guessing if colours will match. MOQ drops to 10 kits for repeat orders (not 20).
Every jersey, pant, cap, and accessory is produced on the same floor. This means your sublimation colours on jerseys will match your embroidery thread colours on caps,no colour drift between different vendors.
Send us your team colours, logo artwork, roster sizes, and preferred jersey style. We'll prepare a complete quote with your choice of jerseys, pants, caps, socks, and accessories, all produced in-house. You'll have your uniforms in 25–30 days, packed by player number, shipped DDP to your door.
The single most common complaint athletic directors lodge against cheap overseas manufacturers is pant wear-through at the knees within 6–10 games. The problem is not bad intentions. It is a deliberate cost-cutting choice. Standard polyester pants use 220 GSM single-knit fabric with one-layer knee construction.
When a player slides into base or dives for a ground ball, the fabric stretches against dirt and turf. The single layer cannot handle repeated abrasion, so fibres thin, fray, and eventually tear.
At Rijiz Sports, our baseball pants use 280 GSM double-knit polyester, already 27% heavier than standard. But the weight alone is not the innovation. We add a second reinforced layer stitched into the knee panel from the inside out, adding 0.8 mm of extra thickness in the exact spot where abrasion occurs. This double-layer construction is sewn into the garment during assembly, not glued or fused, so it cannot delaminate after washing.
The result: Pants that survive a full season of practice, league games, and tournaments without wear-through. We guarantee it.
Full-Bleed Team Graphics & Complex Designs Sublimation heat-fuses team graphics directly into polyester at the molecular level at 200°C. Unlike screen printing or vinyl, sublimation adds no layer on top,the ink becomes part of the fibre itself. This allows full-bleed designs where team colours, gradients, and patterns cover entire jersey surfaces, including sleeves and side panels.
Sublimation captures photographic detail, gradients, and multi-colour backgrounds that tackle twill cannot. It works best on white or light-coloured base fabrics. After washing, colours never crack, peel, or fade because the ink is locked into the fibre. The downside: sublimation cannot reproduce fine text well (letters under 1/4-inch tall blur), and dark jerseys cannot be sublimated without pre-treatment.
Dimensional, Stitched-Down Look Tackle twill is polyester felt cut into lettering and sewn onto garments using 40-weight polyester thread at 8–10 stitches per inch. It is the same technique MLB uses for names, numbers, and chest logos. The primary advantage is texture, letters sit on top of the fabric, creating a dimensional, stitched look.
Tackle twill holds up to washing because edges are stitched down, not printed. Fine text and sharp lines reproduce clearly with tackle twill because the thread width is controlled, not dependent on ink saturation. The limitation: tackle twill cannot produce gradients, drop shadows, or photographic detail. It works best on solid-colour lettering with clear outlines. Most teams use sublimation for the entire jersey and tackle twill for names and numbers on the back, combining both methods on a single uniform.
Not all custom caps are constructed the same way. The two variables that most affect the final appearance are cap profile (structured vs. unstructured) and embroidery method (flat vs. 3D puff). A structured cap has a reinforced front panel made from buckram lining fused between the outer fabric and the sweatband.
This creates the classic high-front silhouette you see on MLB dugout caps and keeps the logo embroidery on a flat, rigid surface that does not distort. An unstructured cap uses a softer front panel that collapses or conforms to the wearer's head shape, common on casual dad hats and promotional giveaways.
For baseball team uniforms, structured A-frame caps are standard because they present logos on a consistent, flat surface. Our standard embroidery process uses high-density stitching (12,000–15,000 stitches per logo with 30-weight polyester thread). Every cap goes through post-embroidery inspection where stitch registration is checked against your artwork to ensure the logo is centred within 1 mm tolerance.
3D puff embroidery uses a closed-cell polyurethane foam layer (0.5 mm thickness) placed beneath the thread to raise stitching 3–5 mm above the cap surface. This creates dimensional effects for team mascots and bold logos. Fine text and intricate details do not translate well to puff because the foam forces thread to cover a larger surface area, which blurs thin lines.
Our standard is high-density flat embroidery with optional 3D puff for specific design elements (e.g., puff mascot head, flat text underneath). Every puff embroidery sample is tested for durability using a Martindale abrasion tester,10,000 rubs to confirm thread will not pill, fray, or delaminate from the cap after repeated wear and washing.
The three most common custom baseball jersey styles correspond to different levels of play and team preferences.
Full-button jerseys feature a full-length placket with 4–6 buttons running down the chest, replicating the traditional MLB uniform. Our full-button plackets use 150 GSM interlock mesh with double-layer construction behind the button line to prevent see-through and provide structural rigidity.
The placket is reinforced with 40-weight polyester thread at 1/8-inch stitch intervals, and buttons are pull-tested at 15+ pounds before packing. The full-button design allows players to control ventilation by unbuttoning top buttons between innings. Full-button jerseys are standard for high school varsity, college, and adult competitive leagues.

Two-button jerseys use a short placket at the collar with two buttons, exposing the lower chest as a clean printing surface. We manufacture these using 135 GSM interlock mesh (lighter than full-button versions) to reduce weight by approximately 0.3 ounces per jersey while maintaining breathability.
The two-button construction uses a reinforced collar band (3/4-inch wide) that resists colour migration from embroidery ink during washing. Two-button jerseys appeal to travel teams and tournament-oriented clubs where weight and breathability are priorities. The contemporary silhouette offers a modern alternative to traditional button-down designs.
Pullover or V-neck jerseys have no buttons, the neckline is a ribbed V-shaped collar, and the jersey pulls over the head. Our pullover jerseys use 130 GSM performance micro-mesh with a three-thread ribbed neckline that resists fraying and stretching across 50+ wash cycles. Without a button placket, there are no parts to break or lose. The ribbed collar maintains its shape and never develops the stretched-out neckline common on cheaper alternatives.
Pullover jerseys offer the largest uninterrupted surface for sublimation designs, ideal for teams with complex sponsor layouts. They are most common in youth and recreational leagues, though some competitive teams use pullovers for practice uniforms. All pullover jerseys are hemmed with a double-stitch 1/4-inch rolled hem to prevent curl and fraying at the shoulders.
