Fabric rolls are tested for GSM, colorfastness, and shrinkage before they reach the cutting table. During production, supervisors check every active machine every three hours, stitch quality, print registration, and sizing accuracy. Before any shipment leaves, a full AQL 2.5 inspection runs on a random sample, plus every single piece gets a visual check.
That is how we maintain 98% on-time delivery with zero subcontracted work. If we cannot produce it in-house, we do not promise it and we won’t waste your time pretending otherwise.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), you have a concept or reference, and we develop the design, pattern, and sample. Both start at MOQ 30.
We produce to your size chart, XS through 5XL, youth through adult. There is no extra charge for covering a full size range within the same design and order.
