Basketball is the sport where a bad jersey shows up fastest, a binding armhole or a size chart that doesn’t match your roster, and you know it before halftime. We’re Rijiz Sports, the factory that cuts, sublimates, and inspects every basketball jersey we ship, not a reseller relaying your order to someone else’s floor.
Send real chest and length measurements instead of a size guess and get a mockup with an exact quote back in 24 hours. No importer sits between our cutting table and your invoice, your margin stays yours.
For your team or club, it means walking out in gear that fits the roster in front of you, not a guess from a size chart. Sleeveless pullover, reversible 2-in-1, or full-button warm-up, all built on 140 GSM eyelet mesh for full-court airflow.

A rendered mockup shows what a jersey is supposed to look like. It doesn’t show a reversible seam under game contact, or whether the eyelet mesh has the texture a supplier’s product photos left out. Every style here is photographed as the finished product: sleeveless flat-lay, both reversible colourways side by side, full-button worn over a compression layer.
If you’re ordering reversible specifically, the side-by-side photo matters more than it sounds like it should. It’s the fastest way to confirm both colourways read correctly under gym lighting before 30 jerseys show up at once.
Strict quality control and premium fabrics on every order.
Custom sportswear manufacturing from tech pack to delivery.
The quoted per-piece price is exactly what you pay, no surprises.
That’s the standard Rijiz Sports sets for every global shipment.
The hub page already covers the fabric science behind each weight class (why 140 GSM eyelet mesh is the standard, and what double-layer reversible construction does to total kit weight). This section answers the question that matters before you order: which jersey your roster actually needs for the games you’re playing.
No pockets to grab, no buttons to catch under contact near the rim. This is what most programs order first, before considering anything else on this page. Lightest weight in the range, built for the jersey worn every single game, practice through playoffs.
Home colour on one side, Away on the other, one kit instead of packing two full sets per player. The 120 GSM micro-mesh build keeps a full reversible kit under 10 oz, about 30% lighter than a heavier reversible construction. Built for squads playing multiple neutral-site games in one weekend.
Worn over a t-shirt or compression layer during warm-ups, then removed before tip-off. Order it alongside your game jerseys so the program looks put-together from tunnel to bench. Varsity in reversible and JV in standard pullover both fit one purchase order, as long as combined quantity clears MOQ 30.
Reversible construction, decoration coverage, and quantity tier are the three real cost drivers, not colour count. Reversible costs more because it’s genuinely double the fabric, 260 GSM total against 140 GSM single-layer, not a markup. Send your style, quantity, and decoration coverage and get an exact number back in 24 hours.
A size label lies to you more often than it helps you. “Large” from one supplier and “large” from another can differ by an inch or more, which is exactly how a program ends up with 30 jerseys that don’t match the roster they were measured for. Two numbers matter instead

The widest point across the torso (roughly armpit to armpit, doubled). This determines jersey body width, and on a reversible cut specifically, an armhole sized too loose is what causes the colour-transition seam to gap under a full reach.

Shoulder seam straight down to the hem. This determines whether the jersey sits at hip level or runs longer in a modern drop-tail cut.
We cut the lightest available weight for programs playing in an older gym without air conditioning, or running a summer league schedule, heat management matters more there than in a climate-controlled facility. Back-to-back tournament games in one day get the same recommendation, a lighter jersey sheds heat faster across games played close together.
For a jersey that has to survive both games and heavy daily practice, we recommend a slightly heavier interlock build over the lightest option. A lightweight jersey wears faster under that heavier use pattern, the interlock outlasts it even though it’s not the lightest choice on paper.
Ordering jerseys alone, without shorts, socks, or warm-ups, fits a few situations: replacing damaged or lost jerseys mid-season without reordering an entire kit, adding a second colourway to a roster that already has matching shorts, or phasing your budget across a season, jerseys now, shorts later.
A full team kit fits better when you’re outfitting a program from scratch, standardizing a team with mismatched gear, or locking in a season’s full order at once for the best combined quantity-tier pricing across every item, rather than paying jersey-tier and shorts-tier separately.
A club or league running several teams doesn’t need to hit MOQ 30 per team individually. Varsity, JV, and a feeder team can each run their own colours and sizes within one combined order, as long as the total across all designs clears MOQ 30. Each team’s spec is archived separately for exact reorders.
Sublimated ink bonds into the polyester fibre rather than sitting on top of it, so it won’t crack, peel, or flake the way screen print or vinyl numbers can over a season. That durability advantage disappears fast under the wrong care routine:
“Avoid these four and the jersey you ordered in August still looks right at the end of the season, not just at the first game.”
Your jerseys come off the same production floor as every other Rijiz Sports uniform, and pass the same AQL 2.5 check, a sampling tolerance for how many defects per batch are acceptable before the run gets flagged, not a marketing phrase. Full factory details and production stats live on the Basketball Uniforms page.
Send your artwork, real chest and length measurements, and preferred style: sleeveless, reversible, or full-button warm-up. You’ll have a free 3D mockup and a real quote back within 24 hours, MOQ 30, no negotiation required to get an honest number.
Yes. Jerseys, shorts, shooter shirts, and warm-ups are all priced and ordered as separate line items. MOQ 30 applies per jersey design, not per full kit.
Sleeveless pullover for game day, reversible 2-in-1 if you want one kit to cover Home and Away, full-button warm-up style for bench and shootaround wear. See the style comparison above for the trade-offs.
Yes. Different players or squads within one purchase order can each get a different jersey style, as long as the total order reaches MOQ 30.
Style choice (reversible costs more than single-layer because it's genuinely double the fabric), decoration coverage, and quantity tier matter more than colour count, since sublimation doesn't charge extra per colour. See the pricing section above.
Chest width at the widest point and jersey length from shoulder seam to hem, measured against an existing well-fitting jersey or a player's actual chest/torso measurement. See the sizing section above.
XS through 5XL, youth through adult, all within the same design and order at no extra charge for covering the full range.
Yes. Your artwork, dye lot, and size breakdown get archived at the pattern level, so a reorder matches the original run without re-specifying everything from scratch.
Cold wash, inside out, no bleach, air dry or low tumble. Sublimated ink is bonded into the fibre so it won't crack or peel, but high heat drying can still degrade the base polyester over many cycles.
30 jerseys per order. Mixed sleeveless, reversible, and full-button warm-up jerseys can combine toward that number within one purchase order, they don't each need their own 30.
Standard production runs 25 to 30 days after your mockup is approved, rush production is available in 15 to 18 days for an added fee. You'll have your mockup and an exact quote within 24 hours of sending measurements and artwork.
Yes. A pre-production sample is built from your approved spec using the same fabric and process planned for bulk. Its cost is deducted from your bulk invoice once you confirm the order.
Bank transfer, letter of credit, and secure payment platforms. Standard terms run 50% deposit with the order and 50% before shipment, terms can be discussed based on order size and relationship.
Yes, worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight for larger orders. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for most destinations, one price, delivered to your door with no surprise customs fees.
Yes. Send your tech pack, vector artwork, or even a reference jersey you want matched. Our pattern team builds to your exact specification, no design consultation fee for producing your own design.
We will walk you through our cutting room, stitching lines, sublimation department, and QC station on a live video call. Twenty minutes is usually enough to see the operation and ask questions. There is no sales pitch, just a walk-through of how your gear gets made.
