Polyester Interlock
Polyester interlock at 150-190 GSM is our standard match-day fabric. The interlock knit creates a smooth surface on both sides so sublimated prints register cleanly without print-through. It wicks moisture through capillary channels in the filament yarn, not from a chemical finish that washes out. This is the same construction professional clubs use for their home and away kits
Polyester Mesh
For training pinnies and warm-weather play, polyester mesh at 100-120 GSM provides maximum ventilation. The open knit lets heat escape during drills and reduces drag during sprint work. Mesh becomes more transparent when wet, which is why we reserve it for training rather than match day.
Polyester-Cotton Blends
Polyester-cotton blends at 220-300 GSM work best for tracksuits and warm-up jackets where insulation matters more than airflow. The cotton content limits full sublimation coverage, so blended fabrics pair well with embroidery or screen print. Our pique knit at 160-180 GSM fills the gap for presentation polos and training tops that need a structured look.

Jerseys feature club crest on the chest, sponsor logos across the chest and back, and the player’s name and number on the back. Shorts use an elastic waistband with an internal drawstring. Goalkeeper kits are not an afterthought. They feature 8mm EVA foam padding at the elbows and hips for impact protection. Youth soccer involves slides, falls, and constant movement. All youth kits use double-stitched seams at every stress point, armholes, side seams, hem, and collar. This prevents seams from splitting during play and extends the life of the garment through multiple seasons.
Youth jerseys use tagless interior labeling instead of sewn-in tags. This eliminates irritation and scratching against the skin. Particularly important for younger players who are sensitive to interior tags.
